By all accounts, the Tales twins may be on their way out of major esports organization, Immortals very soon. It seems like two more star players, HEN1 and LUCAS1may be leaving Immortals CS: GO team due to the debacle that involved Vito kNg Giuseppe which eventually escalated into much more than just a controversy. Here we keep you posted on the controversy, so you are familiar with kNg being late to grand finals alongside two other leading players which resulted in his team losing the title. KNg announced on his Twitter account that he also decided to leave Immortals team, following an internal suspension from the Immortals organization. This former Immortal leading player participated in that major EPICENTER 2017 online qualifier where he faced CLG defying that stipulation on his suspension.
When it comes to the secondary Awper suspended it escalated due to death threats which he addressed towards CLG’s in-game leader Pujan FNS Mehta just over a week ago. As the result of these recent events, the Teles twins and leading stars of Immortals, Henrique HEN1 and Lucas LUCAS1 Teles decided to leave the team’s lineup. Judging by their tweets it seems like the brothers want to team with their suspended teammate kNg rather than being on the same team with their current teammates Ricardo boltz Prass and Lucas steel Lopes. Rafael zakk Fernandes, their coach shared on his Twitter account his thoughts and not so discreetly took an opportunity in order to criticize these three players due to their lack of professionalism as well as a lack of punctuality at major event DreamHack Montreal which took place two weeks ago and where all this controversy started.
kNg Competing Despite Being under Internal Suspension
Immortals player kNg was at the center of huge controversy at the DreamHack Montreal, so the organization decided to part their ways with the players following kNg’s suspension from the competition. The controversial players hadn’t competed with the Immortals for over a week following his return to Brazil in order to renew his P1 visa. While he was absent, the team faced competition at major ELEAGUE Premier where Raphael cogu Camargo played as a substitute for absent kNg. kNg decided to compete in some online matches despite being entirely under internal suspension. This means that he was not allowed to compete for a certain period of time in any professional competitions. Therefore, we weren’t surprised when Immortals announced that he is no longer part of the team Immortals.
Immortals Losing Major Legend Status?
These days in the esports industry, everyone wonders what will happen with the team immortals if the Teles brothers really leave the organization. Well, by all accounts if the Teles twins leave the organization alongside kNg, the Immortals organization will most certainly lose it Major legend status since Valve requires that the Immortals retain three of five players from that previous Major, and HEN1, LUCAS1, and kNg had competed at the previous Major as Immortals leading lineup. Still, it is very unclear if the Immortals organization will allow the Telese brothers to leave. In the case, if they leave, only boltz and steel would official remain in Immortals active lineup.
