Ivan was born in 1985 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. After finishing elementary and high school, he started studying English language and literature at the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo, simultaneously working at different jobs and as a freelance translator, which helped him develop an interest in various areas, from sports and technology to online gaming and gambling.
Prior to graduating in 2009, he became involved with online poker and pursued it professionally for a few years, before transitioning fully to freelance writing.
During five years working as a freelance writer, Ivan had an opportunity to collaborate with a number of different web portals writing news content, reviews, guides, blogs, and more.
He became interested in esports over the last couple of years, as the industry started to really take off, with more and more people and businesses becoming involved with the world of esports.
